mugrow is run by Gunasekaran Mookkan, who decides how your details are used. I collect only what you choose to send me, and I use it to reply to you.

What I collect
Only what you send me yourself: the WhatsApp message you choose to send (your name, phone number and any goal details in it), or an email you write. Nothing is sent from this site until you tap send in WhatsApp or your email app.
This site has no sign-up, no advertising and no analytics tracking.
What stays in your browser
- Your light or dark theme choice.
- Which lessons you marked as done, so the learning path remembers your place.
- Both stay on your device. I cannot see them, and you can clear them in your browser settings.
Why I use it
To reply to your message, to answer your questions about mutual funds, and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a mutual fund distributor. I do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
WhatsApp (Meta) carries your chat, and your email provider carries your email, under their own policies. If you invest through me, the fund house, its registrar and the KYC agencies receive the details needed to process your investment.
How long I keep it
Enquiry chats and emails are kept only as long as needed to help you and to meet legal record-keeping rules, then deleted.
Your rights
- Ask what I hold about you.
- Ask me to correct it or delete it, unless a law requires me to keep it.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Write to me by email (the button below shows my address) and I will reply in writing. If I do not resolve it, the grievance page shows where to escalate, including the Data Protection Board of India.
